The terms have been around forever — rooted in a time when most weddings were simple — in churches, followed by receptions in banquet halls.
(And honestly? Kind of predictable.)
But today’s weddings? They’re personal, detailed, and full of moving parts.
Handing all that off just days or weeks before? That is asking a lot for such a big day.
That’s why we start working together as soon as you book—typically 12+ months in advance.
By offering only Partial and Full Planning packages, we make sure every detail is covered, so your wedding day is as seamless and stress-free as it should be.
VENUE COORDINATOR VS FULL WEDDING PLANNER
A Venue Coordinator manages venue-related details
Think: setup, venue staff, property rules, and making sure the space is ready to go.
A Wedding Planner manages everything else
Think: Budgeting, timelines, vendors, design, family dynamics, last-minute chaos, and all the moving parts you didn’t even know were moving.
In short: The venue coordinator runs the venue, the wedding planner runs the wedding.
Full Planning & Design
From touring the Venue together for the first time, we'll guide you through each step of the planning process, offering personalized recommendations to help you select the right vendors. You'll have unlimited access to us via email, Zoom meetings, phone calls, and text messaging. We'll also schedule bi-weekly meetings to review progress and discuss to-do items.
We'll create custom sketches and 3D CAD renderings to help you visualize your wedding design. This enables us to be able to give you a kind-of virtual tour that will highlight all the key elements, giving you a clear picture of your special day. We'll handle all the details, keeping you updated on the budget, bookings, and progress.
Our paperwork is designed to make planning easy and stress-free. You're in control of your spending and vendor choices, and we'll help you get the most out of your investment.
We believe your wedding deserves a tailored approach—from the planning to the pricing. Our flat fee structure is customized to your event, with flexibility built in if your plans grow.
This package begins at $11,000
PARTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN
This package is almost identical to our 'Full Planning' package, but it's designed for clients who want to be more involved. We've removed some key planning elements, but our commitment to quality service remains the same.
HERE ARE THE 4 KEY DIFFERENCES
We allow up to 3 out-of-office days for meetings, but usually, 2 days are enough.
You'll create and manage your wedding website, with our support and guidance.
We'll help you select the right printed items for your event, such as invitation
suites, welcome signs, and table numbers, and review the proofs with you
before printing. You'll communicate and coordinate with the printing company
for design and ordering.You'll also be responsible for tracking and making payments to your vendors.
Many couples are happy to take on these roles, and for them, Partial Planning is ideal. But if you're overwhelmed by the thought of handling these details, Full Planning might be the better option.
